Dialysis Nurse Job Description:

The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and calm under pressure, with strong attention to detail and the ability to provide supportive, high-quality care to dialysis patients.

Requirements:

Valid SANC registration as RN
Dialysis experience or formal dialysis training (essential)
Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
Strong communication and patient interaction skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional nursing care to dialysis patients
Monitor and manage dialysis procedures safely and efficiently
Assess, plan, and document patient treatment plans
Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient response
Support patient education and provide compassionate care throughout treatment
