Nursing Services of South Africa is looking for Registered Nurses (RNs) with dialysis experience or training to join our trusted healthcare partners across Bredasdorp, Paarl, and Mossel Bay. 

  • Locations: Bredasdorp, Paarl & Mossel Bay, Western Cape 

  • Position: RN / PN (Dialysis Experienced or Trained) , for ongoing agency shifts

  • Pay Rate: Shift pay may reach R3744.00*! 

  • Start Date: ASAP

Job Description:

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a nurse who is observant, adaptable, and proactive, with the ability to deliver safe, professional dialysis care while providing guidance and reassurance to patients throughout their treatment. 

Requirements:

  • Valid SANC registration as RN or PN 

  • Dialysis experience or formal training (essential) 

  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary team

  • Strong communication skills and a patient-centred approach 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional nursing care during dialysis sessions 

  • Set up, operate, and monitor dialysis machines and procedures safely 

  • Continuously assess patient condition, monitor vital signs, and respond to changes 

  • Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely 

  • Educate and support patients throughout their treatment 

  • Maintain accurate documentation of all treatments and observations 

  • Follow infection control standards and collaborate with the wider healthcare team
